It is possible to make artifact versions of Alchemical charms, so it'd function as a cybernetic implant. Plus there's always the classic Solar Performance charm Husband-Seducing Demon Dance, makes all who see your performance love you, or Rose-Lipped Seduction Style which builds off HSDD and causes anyone with a positive Intimacy towards you and an attraction to your gender to have 0 defense against seduction attempts.

Too bad Issei doesn't have Performance as a favored Ability.

 

No. Emulating charms in a way that allows other Exalts to use them is impossible unless the other Exalt has an Eclipse-alike anima power. Even then, using Alchemical charms as cybernetic implants has its own drawbacks to the tune of making us more robotic and emotionless.

Performance charms can't be used against single targets, so you would have to be extremely careful about who you use those charms around. Moreover, making people fall in love with you is cheating by my book. We can earn our girls without using instant-win charms.

 

Huh, you're right about the implants. It's been a few years since I've sat down and played any Exalted so I was misremembering the rules, can not becoming can.
