Good chapter, but I’ll be honest I’m slowly losing the plot. I feel like Void doesn’t have enough self dialogue, and tbh I even forget how he looks like besides the mask at this point. I really do like how the story is going, but I do think I lost the point somewhere.
Like one of the points is...
sheeeee Okay the Vex are very scary. I think they’re the scariest in the Destiny verse as they’re architects. Instead of destroying they build and manipulate reality for whatever reason they have. I wonder if Void will ever see Saint or get the “Infinite Vex Arena” treatment.
Good stuff, I have a feeling Voids words here will somehow come back and bite him— be it from the system or from the real destiny world. I have a feeling the system loves this new lore that it could give players. Good work as always, it’s fun seeing Void act more Ahamkara like
Good stuff, void for some reason, whenever he uses Zamyr reminds me of Metaknight and Galacta from Kirby. Anyways I think it would be cool to do an exotic weapon game inspect for Zamyr, have some one liner like “Shatter is a wish for this blade’s enemies end” or something cool.
Good stuff, happy to finally see Void again- and hopefully safe and sound. Once again great job with the Ahamkara, and I'm excited to see more of our cool sword. Who knows, maybe the funny Ahamkara blade could absorb Crotas blade logic down the road?
Good stuff, I’m really hoping you have like a cinema for the New Lights to show Voids situation. I’m curious to see what Osiris meant that Void might be changed, excited to finally see it
Good stuff! I’m excited to see if Oryx slimes Void or lets him walk, and I’m also interested to see if the answers Ikora gets are ones she will like- or will regret.
Yeah I think the scariest thing about Guardians is not the light powers, it’s the “I’m immortal” powers. Imagine spending thousands of years conquering worlds and stealing souls, only to see 300 loot hungry players all jumping you
I think this will turn out to be quite interesting. It’s really cool how you did the Playsrs. Anyways, random idea I’ve had is that the Vanguard slowly becomes worried as Zamyr grows stronger if this hunt is successful, and might task the new lights to steal the sword from Void. Anyway keep it up.
Only way I can think of taking advantage of an Ahamkara is to trick it into granting its own wish, dissolving their fate of what they could have been only into that one wish. Idk how difficult this would be though, but protoworms definitely are strong- but not Ahamkara strong. I’m curious if...
I wonder if this is a hint that Void is becoming closer to the Ahamkara, like Eris did to the Hive. Illusion/transformation is cool, and fun d2 fact both Hive worms and Ahamkara use the “O (noun) mine” format of speaking to bind their will onto others.
I’m excited to see Ikora investigate Voids wish. Honestly Ahamkara are my favorite part of destiny, and I would love to see the guardians reaction to Void basically being part Ahamkara. That or see him work with Riven.
