The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
A pit is hollowing out inside me, raw and gaping. I've lost everything before, but this is more.
She can't be gone.
She can't.
A wisp of smoke curls from her chest.
I freeze.
More tendrils of shadow rise, curling into the air, slipping from her body like mist in the morning sun.
My throat...
I barely get a word out before Twilight slams into me.
She barrels into my chest at full speed, knocking the breath out of me as she grips my shoulders in her magic, shaking me slightly.
"Are you okay?!" Her voice is frantic, her eyes wild as they dart across my body, scanning for injuries.
I...
Threadmarks: The Rise and Fall of the Crystal Empire
The world stops.
A silence, thick and unnatural, swallows the Crystal Empire.
Every pony. Every breath. Every sound.
Frozen.
The air feels wrong. Stagnant. Suffocating.
Then, slowly, the Crystal Heart begins to turn black.
A sickening, oily corruption spreads from where Sombra grips it...
As we settle into our seats on the train, the rhythmic clatter of the tracks beneath us set the pace for the journey ahead.
It takes about thirty seconds for Rainbow Dash to realize something.
"Wait a minute." She squints at Rachel. "Since when can she talk?"
Twilight suddenly tenses, eyes...
I wake up to the sound of knocking.
Not a polite knock. Not a normal knock. That could never happen in my house.
A frantic, desperate pounding that immediately makes me groan into my pillow.
I don't even have to look to know who it is.
Rachel stirs beside me—not because she sleeps, but...
I don't make it more than three steps inside before Twilight clears her throat pointedly.
I already regret letting them in.
"Sooo~," she says, tone too casual to be genuine. "What are you going to do today?"
I sigh and drop my saddlebags by the door, rubbing my temple. "Twilight."
She tilts...
I stand there, feeling the weight of everything pressing down on me. The anger, the exhaustion, the way my body is screaming for rest but my brain won't shut up long enough to let it happen.
I let out a slow breath. Fine. Whatever.
I turn without a word and flop onto the couch, the impact...
I stare out the window, watching the savanna roll by. My ears twitch at the steady clack-clack of the train against the tracks, but my mind is elsewhere.
They're going to freak.
It's not my fault. I didn't choose to get launched into the Badlands, didn't choose to crawl through Tartarus...
The sun dips below the horizon, staining the desert in shades of deep amber and violet. The heat that had been relentless all day finally starts to fade, leaving behind a cooling breeze that ruffles my mane.
We glide for a while longer before I finally guide the cart down, settling us onto a...
The village appears out of place—a cluster of buildings and tents nestled among the barren wasteland, as if it shouldn't exist here at all. The architecture is crude but sturdy, built from salvaged stone and hardened clay, blending with the Badlands' color palette of dull browns and faded...
Eventually, the sobs slow.
My body still aches, my breath still shudders, but the sheer overwhelming relief has settled into something else.
Something solid.
Something determined.
I sniff, rubbing the tears and snot off my face with a half-hearted flick of my magic. Rachel's stone chest is...
I wake on impact.
The first thing I feel is pain.
Sharp, agonizing pain, lancing up my legs like fire.
A sickening crack splinters through my bones as I hit the ground, the force rattling through me like a snapped wire. The breath is ripped from my lungs, my body folding against itself as I...
I stand there for a moment, forehead still against the door, taking a slow, deep breath.
I can already hear the conversation happening over at the Boutique.
Rarity, gasping dramatically. Twilight, getting way too excited. Maybe even Applejack, nodding along like this is just some natural...
I wake up early, determined to make actual progress on the golem runes. No distractions. No Twilight trickery. Just work.
Technically, I don't need this thing to fight. I need it to do manual labor. Heavy lifting, digging, and carrying things so I don't have to. Simple.
The runes are still a...
