    It only costs 6 Moth scraps. That only two turns of Selene actions on scrying and two turns of Axe on back to back short expeditions and 2-3 Velvet AP reading the books with a Lantern influence. It's not that hard.

    Agony does not end. But really who says the Wolf-Divided is the one holding the principle of Agony in the Wake? I personally suspect it's a Flint to Forge type deal with a bit of Wheel to Theigh-Skin going on.
