    'Iron diabetes' is a good way to phrase it, as it is a genetic disorder but of the liver leading to unhealthily high iron in the blood. Unfortunately it can lead to actual diabetes through organ damage of the pancreas. As well as liver disease, cancer or heart problems.

The actual update will take however long it takes for me to settle on what I'm doing with the Hindu and Babylonian pantheons and settle on the end point for the kick off into the plot...

    Percy mentioned that on clear nights he could look right up into Selene's open eye back in Prophecies Always Come True chapter. The "real" Moon has an eye. The Moon in this part of the Dreamlands is pale red and doesn't have an eye.
