The regular administrative staff are taking a vacation, and in the meantime, Biigoh is taking over. See here for more information.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Probably not - themed skins are difficult to design and have a properly intelligible board in front of them, and the more distinct what you’re trying to design around, the harder it is to make. It would take far too many hours of dev time for something that would ultimately be unappreciated by...
Others were considered for the role, but as we wanted someone very active on the board and with the proper temperament, Bii was the choice that staff landed on in the end. The rest of the staff has absolute faith that this was the correct decision, and we’ll leave the notice banner up for ~3...
People often forget that QQ is a benevolent dictatorship that was founded so that people could share their NSFW Content - primarily writing, but to a lesser extent art - and be excellent to each other. It was not founded to cater to people's specific whims, or to be a place to discuss everything...
If you want to point something out, once, politely, it’ll be allowed. If you’re stalking original posters… you’ll be leaving their threads and/or the forum as a whole long before staff enforces your desires.
You mean other than universities pushing it to the point of having entire classes that cannot be passed without getting 100% grammarly scores on each assignment? It’s genuinely useful for formal writing, or at least it was back in the 2016-2020 era when I was in Uni.
Bluntly? None of the staff have strong feelings on if they care at all. If anyone did, we don’t have the tools to reliably enforce such a rule - and they flat-out don’t exist, most ‘AI’ detectors are less reliable than letting a pitbull babysit your cage of hamsters. Sure, it may scold one that...
Real people? Absolutely not, and posting such will result in the admins having to contact the FBI. It's a bad time for everyone. Not-photorealistic art? Generally will be allowed, yes.
As long as you’ve written it, and you put it on the appropriate side of the SFW wall, you’ll have no issues. If you’ve posted it under a different name elsewhere, ideally mention that from the account over in the other place so that we don’t think that it’s plagiarism.
Last winter was a pretty poor showing - November through March only. The winter before was ok, but I worry that I’ll keep getting less ice and have to learn watercross to ride a sled on her…
We would really rather you didn’t, as ‘do you have permission from the author’ can be an interesting subject. It’s not *technically* against the rules with permission… but it causes headaches if there’s questions of ‘do you actually have permission’ what arise.
