    Where am I supposed to put a thread for any commissions I end up writing for everyone's benefit?

    ...for clarity's sake, I'm trying to earn a bit of cash from my writing, and I don't know where to best advertise that. Is there a place where I can do such a thing on this forum?

    Pick either Creative Writing or NSFW Creative Writing, depending on whether you expect NSFW contents or not. (Mods can move a thread after the fact, so if you guess wrong and need to change it it's not a big deal.)

    Plenty of different authors have a similar arrangement; probably your best bet for advertising is to plug it in updates for your other fiction here.

    Okay, hate to double-post when I can avoid it, but I needed to add a second primary question to this thread. Would adding quest posts into my index thread be against the rules? I mean, my index thread is in the NSFW Creative Writing sub-forum, and I wanted to make sure I didn't do something stupid.

    Say, for instance, I wanted to share what I had written for a quest that was either in the works or needed to be given a go-ahead. Would sharing that be allowed in my index thread? If not, then what is allowed for the NSFW Creative Writing sub-forum?

    There's no hard rules. If you make an author thread, you can post whatever you write there.

    It would probably be best to avoid actually running a quest in a snippet thread, just because people would get confused.
