Looks like Geass wins. Right. I'll do a quick update to Wallflower quest and then I'll take care of this.

A familiar atmosphere.

The cries of the helpless, cut short by gunfire. The smell of gunpowder and explosives.

And permeating it all, the stench of death.

"I'm home." Emiya Shirou snipes.

His muscles cringes as he forces himself to his feet, sore from whatever just happened to him. But still, he feels good. Solid. Whole.

He has a body again. A living, breathing, flesh and blood body. It feels amazing.

He clenches his fist, staring at his dark skin. He doesn't feel diminished in the slightest compared to the his time in the Throne. Body and mind, they feel as strong as they've ever been. He is at his peak, and then some.

He allows himself a smile, thanking whoever granted this miracle.

'You're welcome.' Something whispers beneath his awareness.

But this isn't the time for this. His eyes hardens as he sees the slaughter around him. Men, women and children gunned down in a corner, slaughtered mercilessly. On the other side, men in muilitary uniform lays equally dead.

And in the middle of it all, there she is. Green hair spilling from an expensive straightjacket, she is different from the rest. She feels otherworldly, a presence not unlike that an elemental spirit. Or a Servant.

But she is flesh and blood, just like everybody else in the ruined warehouse. And just like them, she appears to be quite dead.

Emiya rolls over her body gently revealing a tatoo circling her head, like a crown she'll can never take off. The bullethole in her forehead doesn't mar her looks in the slightest.

'She'll do.'

The urge to touch her is sudden and compelling and he kneel to caress her face.

There is a discharge like a power surge, a rush of electricity that flows from him and into the woman. Her body jerks and jumps into his arms, the bullet lodged in her brain spewed out with great force and the hole mends at an astounding rate. Her eyes snaps open and she stares with eyes of ruby, face blooming in a wide grin.

Then another jolt and her eyes turn gold. She is closed to him now, cold and distant. "If you want to touch longer, you'll have to pay. "

But he isn't affected. Indeed, he knows who truly won that little contest. She wasn't fast enough to hide the swelling of her chest or the blood pooling beneath her pale cheeks. It was slight, but it confirmed one thing. The little miss is as needy as he is.

Of course, needy doesn't mean desperate. She turns on her heels and walks away.

Just to make sure, this is about making sure nothing bad happen to CC or showing off your badass creds?

Emiya is a human being, with a flesh and blood body. He's -alive-, with all the advantadges and inconvenients that implies. He naturally recovers mana over time but he can't go astral. His abilities work as they always have.

EDIT: Also, should I tone down the gratuitous fanservice? I intend to keep this light hearted but I can switch to a different track if people wants me to.

More importantly, Emiya can work with that.
He should have some experience with finding food, shelter and staying alive in warzones.
It's pretty much his job description from before he became a Counter Guardian.

-Both, for me at least, Emiya must be badass, but he's also not just going to let the girl out of his view in a freaking warzone.
