Hey, made a new account but the confirmation email link is telling me there's a problem, any way to fix this? Have tried the resend confirmation email twice to the same result

Hello, it's now been about half a year since I originally made my account so I don't remember how I messed up, if I simply forgot to confirm or pressed something wrong, but I never got my account confirmed. Can you simply send another confirmation email or what do I need to do?
