    Sorry, been a bit slammed with real life and missed this in my alerts. Okay, so, I'm not sure what that message really means. Have you tried to make a post...somewhere? I can not see a post in the approval queue for you. If you have and not been allowed to, then you should be able to start a conversation with one of the Admin (@ultima333 or @alethiophile ).

    Have you checked your spam folder? A lot of the time the automatic email from QQ gets redirected there. If that doesn't help, I would suggest you contact one of the Admins to help you further.

    You should get an email to confirm your forum membership. If it hasn't shown up in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it isn't there, you will need to contact an Aministrator for further help.
