I have given some thought to it, yes, but unless Light decides to kick me out I probably never will.

Why, you may ask? Well, I've tried my hand at standing on my own feet as a fanfic writer . . . and it didn't end well. I started strong, and then real life, stress, and depression got in the way . . .

One of my biggest pet peeves is when I find a story, a good one, only to discover that it will never see a proper ending. I get why that happens - especially when I tried to come back to my old writing and found myself unable to. However, at the time that just made my depression worse, and I barely managed to dig myself out of most of it . . .

Light's NW thread is more like a communal gathering of ideas and story threads, where several other writers, myself included, are invited to just post silly things and ideas. Things that may never see completion, or may actually go onto random other paths that were not planned for initially. There are no expectations, and in a way that actually helps keep me making stupid nonsense like I do.

So again, if Light ever changes his mind about having us hang out on his turf, I will probably copy all my stuff onto its own thread . . . and then eventually forget about it. Which I'm sure is something you'd rather not see just yet . .
