The very fact Angels ( as fallen and devils didn't exist in far past) never conquered japan shows how powerful are Shinto gods.

Even in present, Primordial God Izanagi, Primordial Goddess Izanami and The 3 noble gods , are still alive. And there is no mention of death of gods ( except Kagatsuchi and izanami) even before Izanagi generation, so they are still alive even when they prefer to sleep. 26. As original Lucifer Morningstar created 72 devils clans, he grant them their traits. So Original Lucifer traits is more powerful than clan devils. As if Lucifer can create new species and can give them traits,/ powers , then he must have kept something more powerful than power of destruction, etc Demonic Brilliance of Evil Light was more powerful and it was created to fight all powerful God of Bible.

So in order most powerful clan traits are
1. Original House Lucifer trait- Demonic Brilliance of Evil Light
2. satans traits like original asmodeus satrsend Moment, Beelzebub King of Flies, Leviathan Sea serpent of the End.
These 4 traits and other 6 traits of 6 houses of Lucifer are more powerful and other direct servant clans of original satans are more powerful than any of 72 devils clans traits.

New satans government hypes power of destruction because
1. It is still a powerful clan trait
2. It is clan trait of devil who holds title of Lucifer
3. It is Bael clan trait, and zekram trait who is leader of great King faction of new devils government and holds large political power.
4. But most importantly , it is mostly propaganda. It gives new satans legitimacy and downplays old satans.

27. Rizevim is powerful enough to halt sirzech and clever/ smart enough to fight and defeat ajuka. That is the only reason that they don't fight him directly, knowing very well he is greatest threat to underworld stability. They have to use dragon gods powers, both great red and ophis and true longinus to defeat him, when rizevim interest was never even fighting speaks for itself.

. The original Lucifer was equal to sirzech in power , if not more. The rizevim was said to be more powerful than original Lucifer, a comparison made when both were alive. Original Lucifer Morningstar was most prideful, he would have not let rumors of rizevim strength exist , if there was no truth in it. So Rizevim was powerful Superdevil to exist., just barely bored and not interested in anything.

Rizevim is a veteran of great war. While he didn't fought in civil war, he fought in great war which was more brutal and more longer than civil war conflict. He, in his youth, fought against beings that have racial and conceptual advantages over devils, holy attacks and light power of angels and fallen Angels. He would have fought original heavyweights of great war.

Angels and fallen Angels who were more powerful than present Angels and fallen Angels. While sirzechs and ajuka , for all their feats and might have never once fought anyone equal to or stronger than them. All their fights they have curbstorm with their larger demonic energy. They fought in last or middle phases of civil war conflict. A conflict against devils who have no racial advantage over them.

After great war, much of heaven and grigori fighting force had died. After Civil war, they spread propoganda after propganda, yet have never fought against anyone who was their equal to more powerful. Or even less powerful but near their power level spectrum. Someone who was superclass.

It is also a fact that Ajuka created contingencies for rizevim like king pieces and spell to seal remove rizevim and several other hidden triump cards. A spell so powerful that when scaled was able to seal Trihexa.
Sirzechs himself built his peerage of powerful beings without sacred gears. These are not the actions of strongest.

. You don't built multiple contingencies for someone weaker than yourself. You don't seal weaker beings. You don't built powerful artifacts like King pieces to powerup. It shows rizevim is strongest Superdevil, even when propaganda suggest otherwise.

Sirzechs and ajuka were ten times powerful than descendents of original satans, whom they fought. Comparison can be made when both people are present or fight. And descendents were very weaker than original satans, and donot have clan traits ( who knows, propoganda).
But after civil war , descendents of original satans becomes original satans. That's how propaganda work. For common devils, they all are powerful.
