Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
If you wish to change your username, please ask via conversation to tehelgee instead of asking via my profile. I'd like to not clutter it up with such requests.
Then I went back to the place where I was staying/sleeping, which suddenly included a private library for some reason, and I took a break in order to read a book, and I took one at random off of the shelves.
It was a story about *Ranma Saotome* running away in classic fanfiction fashion, ending up in the True Sea in her female form, and getting a proper introduction to Pandemonium from Sade verself.
The book was written in *1844*. I checked it myself. And then I ran to ask you what the hell was going on, but before you could explain-
That's...interesting. Last night I had a dream that gender-flipped me was lead into a freezer case in a Witchy Magick Shoppe by my grey parrot familiar who went exploring in there because it was the sort with no back and there was an infinitely-large Stockroom back there.
The whole thing was third-person and right at the end Mara showed up to explain to me exactly what all this was about, but just as she got to the important part...
Boring answer: I went to sleep thinking about Oregon because I'm planning to see the eclipse, and thinking about Ranma 1/2 because that's nostalgic wish fulfilment, and thinking about Pandemonium because that's *awesome* wish fulfilment.
Awesome answer: The Ranma 1/2 narrative is meta-multiversal and transcendent, permeating every level of configuration space, instantiated or otherwise. So is every other narrative that's sufficiently awesome.
Remember BE's pet's comments about the complexity of self-summoning across universes? It involves a lot of trig an astrological calculation by aligning stars, or something like that.
You weren't researching a mysterious death. You knew someone had used the arch in the Three Arch Rocks as a portal to the True Sea, and you were there to *replicate their results*.
The Ranma book was part of your evidence that this was possible, because it had made it *back*.
