1. Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.

  2. For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

Now I have to worry if my coworkers will be out of their jobs, what groups I will be working with, what idiot will be demanding I do this or that. That pay is good, for my industry, but that's the only benefit.

Of course, you're just changing from one anxiety to another. It's like changing clothes or countries.

Yeah. I realized that, unfortunately, anxiety is a fact of life. You can only find ways to minimize it, but it will never really be gone. Which sucks.

Yup. If you're lucky and can afford it, you might be able to find a medication that helps mitigate it with minimal side effects or at least ones you're content to live with instead of the anxiety. Can take time and trial and error, though, to find the right one.
