  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

For a long time, I believed that politicians have a minimal. I believed that there is a bare minimum of competence needed to get into office. That those inside the system would, at least, have enough intelligence and self preservation to keep themselves alive.

This is no longer true.

I got an idea. Men in Black. Sudden reveal of magic, aliens, alternate dimensions, and the fact that a certain branch of the government has been hiding all this. A new leader is founded, one that talks about 'taking the fight to the damned aliens' and 'stopping unholy magic' and 'manifest destiny'.

In the process, he managed to piss off not one, not two, but three factions, and they are prepared to go to earth and start 'renegotiating'. One fires teleporting nuclear missiles like machine gun bullets. Another has the multiverse's version of space marines. And the last is a grown up version of the UN, who views 'planet-ruling warlords' as petty criminals.
