Thinking about it a bit more, the villains in Kamen Rider OOO sort of work by attaching Anti-Orange rings to their victims, because they consume that specific emotional energy to survive. That works fine (well, limited casualties) until they target someone whose core desire is to end all life.
The Japanese term "yokubou" is fairly common as well. It's sort of a mix or balance between greed and ambition.
