Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.

I won't say I haven't thought about it lol. Would probably be more inclined to make videos and put them on youtube or something. But I know absolutely nothing about streaming or video editing.
Just make sure you got a good camera, a good angle, and a good microphone, and a second screen to see what your chat is memeing about! Everything else is unimportant to a typing stream!
As to making videos about it, I mean, you can, but you'd have to put way more effort into it. A stream in this case would just be you typing and occasionally chatting with your audience. It'd probably start with barely anyone, anyway! Writing, just less lonely!

I'm too self conscious to stream tho tbh. I would need the control that a video would allow me. Would be too concerned about fucking something up while streaming.
Also I can't split my focus that much. I don't even listen to music when I write. I wouldn't be able to talk and read or respond to chat while working, so it'd be pretty impossible to give people watching the level of engagement they're expecting from a livestream.
The problem is, I already find myself regularly procrastinating during work. I let myself get distracted by conversations on discord or by browsing reddit all the time. Streaming would just be another major distraction going on. Would inflate my work days by a whole lot and probably make for very inconsistent ASMR content at that
These are all certainly excuses/reasons not to do it. But an excuse isn't inherently negative lol. Streaming my work would negatively impact said work and cost me time and thus money. I'd be more likely to start streaming games on the side as a hobby, but I'm really not inclined to be one of a million streamers trying to split the attention of ten million viewers on Twitch.
