For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.

I'd never heard of it, but it sounds like Read Or Die's I-jin. If I go into it expecting something RoD-ish, will I be surprised, satisfied, or disappointed?
I’m not very familiar with RoD, so I can’t really say for sure.
The characters are only loosely inspired by their historical counterparts most of the time, with more focus put on the cool abilities and fights than anything else.
Well, RoD (the OVA trilogy) is more "What if James Bond was a cute megane-ko bookworm with paper superpowers" and the closest it really gets to "deep" is one of the characters having "Miss Deep" as a codename, but it's really fun in an action-movie way. Sooo... still sounds like a good prospect to me? Going both ways, even.
