Depends on the sort of god. monotheism you could use something like "Almighty One" or "Father/Mother" depending on how serious they are and whether you know that they will take the letter bad.

Gods of Pantheons I would either call by their Name or title.

In every case, if I actually met a god I would try my best to be polite though. You don't want to make the reality-warper angry if at all possible.
