I was referring to how she is studying the Japanese model to implement it in a school for devils. You just think about it, how Sona could influence the minds of young devils with Japanese culture and elements...including some of the less pleasant ones like work ethic. We're talking about Sona "I love paperwork-kun" Sitri.

Probably still better than the 'nothing' they have now, but still not great. Then again, I don't really see her being taken seriously to begin with.

The 'workaholic' accusations are deaf when you remember that most devils are too lazy for that.

In my opinion it is the first. I have a mental image of Sona collecting paperwork from all the staff for the Student Council to do. Premise for a short story: SI-kun is reincarnated by Sona, the next morning he is assaulted by a mountain of paperwork. Name "I thought I would get a Harem and be Powerful as a devil but all I have is PAPERWORK!"
