Honestly, the overall premise of "sign-in system" isn't bad in itself. Like, "I isekaied as Sosuke Aizen with a sign-in system, so I decided I might as well settle down with Hinamori, but other isekais come to my world all treat me like a big bad end boss super villain!" as an example.
I think basic premise can start like Biigoh reincarnated into WWII MCU NYC, and just got draft papers, panicking all the way to boot camp after health check, and then like moment he meets Dr. Erskine, Sign-In System shows up and gives him gamer powers.
If you think about it, Sarutobi Hiruzen wasn't probably self-centered/power-hungry/malicious in how he treated Naruto, unlike Danzo. His wife literally died to deliver the baby.
