    It's weird that Enel developed his Observation Haki to an extreme that can cover an entire region of multiple islands through just base ability of his Devil Fruit's control of magnetic force through electricity, where as Kizaru couldn't even do something similar with his Devil Fruit and through light particle waves, despite developing his Devil Fruit more to the point of Awakening and being innately stronger
