The main issue is that IMP is made of a bunch of people who are Extremely talented at a Specific thing... Murder.

They monetize that.

On the other hand they're completely fine with using those talents in various ways. Things like bodyguarding.

I was thinking of Danny meeting Charlie from HH and learning about her whole operation and getting her to try to reform Blitzo. But that could be something for a sequel. Maybe she could also help a little with Stolas and Blitzo's relationship.

I'm sorry if it seems like I'm spamming, but I don't know if I should go with Blitz/Stolas becoming a couple as another way to help with him having incentive to give up Murder, but their relationship seems very complicated.

As an incentive it can work... but only if approached from a certain angle, cause otherwise Blitz' pride will basically make it backfire.

Basically him having a relationship with Stolas BEFORE trying to nudge him into not being an assassin for hire, ie him no longer needing to hang his identity on it, is best for doing so.

But it is not a certain thing.

Depends on how long you want to spend on the plot thread. Before gives you more room for other stuff, after means you have to actually write and explore the relationship at least a little.
