Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
If you wish to change your username, please ask via conversation to tehelgee instead of asking via my profile. I'd like to not clutter it up with such requests.
I intend to. This is something that has been kicking around in my head. I keep trying to write Dragon King and hitting major writer's block. I think writing Champion will shake things loose and I will attempt to post in both.
If you're hitting a block, it might help to talk with someone about it. Get another perspective, and maybe some suggestions. That's how it sometimes goes for me when writing omake or the like.
The suggestions might not always be directly helpful, but often enough they give some ideas that then help to keep writing.
Well, I now have a newborn. Everything is officially on Hiatus until I have a better grasp on what that means for my time (I suspect I have none). This is great news for everything except my ability to get any writing done.
It has to do with something called ICPC. Basically when you adopt across state lines you need to get permission from both the state you are leaving and the state you are going to before you can cross state lines with a baby. They won't be useful and do this BEFORE you cross state lines to take custody of the baby.
Ah. Yeah, that sounds like bureaucratic nonsense of the first order.
Hope you went and turned those two weeks into a vacation of a sort, then. No need to let some office sitters ruin such an occasion. =)
