Questionable Questing

Heh, I actually started reading a bit of that, then remembered shaperVs old quest and decided to re-read it. I don't think I finished it the first time but aren't sure.

Cultivation is cool. So are plan/org quests. Alchemy is also pretty cool. I have a cultivation quest on fiction.live but it's at a much lower level.

I actually made a thread for discussing government, organization, and planquests here.
I have been hoping to run an arms race game between here and fiction.live but don't have the prep done yet.

I got further through it, and the cultivation quest isn't as good as I remember it being. It has a lot of cool ideas. and some good omakes, but feels like a little bit of a slog.

It's like the Dark Lord quest almost in complexity, but without that level of character development and such.
I love that one.

Yet, it doesn't feel like there are tons of interesting options. Like in say some of the new plan quests. I am going to read more of yours though, perhaps get caught up.
I do like the idea, of using votes to unlock more action types for various categories. But there is just too much stuff and not enough details per update.
And not that much indication of progress.

I still obviously like Cultivation Quest. But character development is generally quite hard in plan quests in general. Because they run time forward at a high rate, there has to be quite a bit of abstraction.
