I don't know about others but i liked it and it would've been interesting to see how a Jord goes about Cultivation.

Mmm, well the planned route for it, was him doing the monster style cultivation. Specifically, my plans were for some yang serpent thing i picked up from another series, a low tier thing, but passively cultivated through yang cultivation with the sun, and all serpents in xianxia have the ability to become dragons etc.

And pick up the yang dragon aspect spirit thing that yang kai got in canon not long later cuz he feels the massive influx of yang down below.
