• The site has now migrated to Xenforo 2. If you see any issues with the forum operation, please post them in the feedback thread.
  • An addendum to Rule 3 regarding fan-translated works of things such as Web Novels has been made. Please see here for details.
  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
  • The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

  • You had a really cool idea yesterday, I made a simple draft long the rough lines you said, want to collab on that story?

huh, ok. Well, if you don't have time to write, you don't have time to write.

But, you can quite a bit in only a couple hours a week.

With a little practice, most people can get up to like 1,000 words per hour of writing or so.
And so can get like 3-4k words in a couple hours on a weekend.

I got a full time job too, but writing is my main hobby. So I pretty much write for at least 2 hours every day and like 1/2 of most of my weekends.
So, I crank out like 10-30k words a week.

But if you don't enjoy writing, or have other things besides work that are more important in your life then that is totally understandable.
I am not trying to shame you are anything, just saying that a full-time job doesn't have to keep you from writing unless you let it.
