Hmm, w40k has always just been something that sort of existed in the background for me, but I actually started diving into the wiki after reading your Imperial.
Not far in yet, but it's an interesting premise and you could get some interesting scenes from the inherent xenophobia of the setting clashing with Dc's casual alien acceptance. Especially with Martians being greenskins.
