I don't have my books on me, but I think there's a general rule in the Core about UMI, unless otherwise specified, being resistable for 1wp. Not that it was intended as the counter here, but one of those little things that can trip you up, even with canon charms. Also regarding this Charm... -

Revlid and EarthScorpion wrote the Coadjutor rework, I believe. Can you persuade him to unlock Theion charms during play somehow? If it were another dead Primordial (like Mardukth or Ta'akozoka, who have fan charmsets) I'd just suggest you retcon them into being alive, but it's a bit more... -
