The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
NSFW creative writing volume is now quite high, most of the day it's <10m last post, and is now four fifths SI/OC. Tagging is highly inconsistent, to say the least. Finding stories that are genuinely stories of their designated label is increasingly difficult. They are swamped by one-note...
My concern for moral conduct is in mine, not theirs. I don't want to end up in the position of feeling obligated to shotgun report a bunch of shit, when I already hate the secret snitch feature and almost never use it, because if I don't one of them will be the proverbial straw that gets the...
We don't know what the mods think is troublesome, and good people don't point the finger without reason. Particularly when we're used to stories such as Inheritance where this behavior is celebrated. Chiming in with the protagonist's political views, encouraging violence against their enemies...
I've used the rockerbacon installation before. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't, and until I understood the various intermediate steps it was trying to achieve, I couldn't for the life of me figure out why. If Linux --> Steam --> Skyrim --> rockerbacon MO2 script works, that's...
Modding Skyrim on Linux
Getting Skyrim to play on Linux on its own is easy-peasy. Install it, enable the current Steam Proton version, and it will run. A lot of the value in Skyrim these days is the extensive stack of mods and the associated utilities that make them work. Getting those all...
It works for me about 95% of the time, but I won't pretend the other 5% of the time doesn't exist. Between load issues and bad actors, I suspect this is the future of "free" image hosting. Can't really expect fringe stuff to be subsidized after the end of the quantitative easing/free money era.
If they chose healthy viewpoint characters, they couldn't write what they know.
For my part I hate cardboard-cutout enemies that are talked about as if they are credible threats, but which never ever get a W or otherwise demonstrate that threat.

Been around for most of a decade now and usually works. There were claims they were hosting viruses a while back, from what I can tell that came down to doing business with sketchy porn add providers in like 2017. One of the few places that politically sensitive stuff...
Legend of Lemnear.
It's all one chain of escalating sword&sorcery battles, briefly interrupted by titties and/or the bad guys talking about how bad they are. The protagonist has a prophesied power, so does the big bad, who pauses their climactic final battle to explain how lonely and sad he...
Have used Manjaro Linux exclusively for the last couple years. Could do a slimmer setup with Arch but it's certainly good enough, and the plug-and-play is real.
FFXIV, EVE Online, STO, and various old-ish single player titles have all been solid experiences. Can't speak to the AAA games.
Would it be so strange for a Nazi-themed gang in the Worm universe to be right, though?
One of the conceits of the setting is that there are a truly huge number of dimensions, we're talking "drops of water in the sea" huge. Another fact is that Earth Bet was chosen by the entities through...
Dunno. She'd have to somehow screw herself out of the excellency because those were explicitly excluded.
Oh, I know, a Save The Princess storyline. Uber is captured and Taylor is dragooned into rescuing him by Kaiser, who assigns her the secondary goal of making xbox live more racist...
Well, nuts. One last nod to Taylor's doomed gamer grrl career and I missed it.
It ended too soon :(
I kind of figured the point wasn't the name but the sound, "bitten", i.e. "hey Sophia, every time anyone talks about you they're talking about how you are bitten. You know. Like that one...
Sad to reach the end, but glad the story finished clean and strong. A shame about those hundred-and-something worlds, but hey. For an omelette you break eggs.
The ten thousand or so loose ends that Taylor forgot or ignored because she no longer cared were probably the only element of the...
Heh, not just the government but the system that operated it. Gassing elected politicians alone wouldn't really change long term outcomes, they would simply be replaced. Cull the entire thing though, the financial elites, the media, the educators, the legal-judicial prison complex, etc... and...
