    A hashmark is this: #. If you mean the four-vertical-lines-then-a-fifth-horizontal-line-though-them-all way of counting things, you want 'tally-mark'. Or if she's just using ungrouped individual marks, then 'checkmark' or 'tick-mark' (depending on if the lines are straight or not).

    Font-size is still weird. What you need to do is switch to BBCode mode and delete the [size=] tags. There is simply no reliable way to get 'default font size' out of the options available in the editor. While you're there, be sure to zap any lingering [color=] tags to get the default colour.
