The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
That doesn't mean that it's a good idea to randomly lash out with it.
That's the attitude that fucked him in canon.
Currently he has one (1) Invincible that can fight the other Invincibles and that guy already doesn't like him and is only cooperating because of generalized loyality and...
That doesn't mean that they're actually a good weapon.
After they were already disabled by other stuff. sure.
Yes. Exactly.
It sucks ass to be powerless, but that's just how it is.
Sometimes you have to accept unlikely allies wherever you can get them.
Isn't that the entire justification...
And what are the Reanimen supposed to do against two Marks and some glowing minion who can 1v1 viltrumites?
To say nothing of Eve, who's obviously going to go to bat for her boyfriend.
Maybe he could teleport in a sonic weapon to deal with them, but we know that wouldn't work.
Reanimen are a...
I was talking to someone on another forum about morality systems in games and it prompted a... I guess a premise for a video-game storyline?
This one is kind of a rant I guess, but not in a bad way. Talking about Fable specifically.
Basically, the coversation was that 'evil' options in...
Honestly? Probably the best thing they could have done for Academy City would have been to slaughter these dudes.
Index is a bizzare setting. I've felt like something was missing for a while, and I've just hit on what it was.
Fear. Fear of consequences.
Every single person in that setting acts...
It's easy to say dumb shit like "Just use tactics when facing down a superior foe."
Actually coming up with a usable tactic on-the-fly while someone with superhuman strength and mobility is trying to seperate your head from your body with a piece of edged metal is an entirely diffrent beast.
I looked her up. Goddamn her whole gimmick is stupid.
Not because of how her magic works, but the lore behind it.
Her bullshit is 'divine punishment' that follows the logic of 'no-one should bare malice towards god'
Except A: this placed herself in the position of God, which is immensely...
You've missed my point. No scientist on the face of the earth has double-checked that the sun is still the same as it always was before running an experiment, or that the concept of time still works the way they remember it to, or that the earth hasn't spontaneously shrunk by 1/4th.
Something...
To be fair, I can see why he wouldn't ever expect a pillar of creation like Delight to have... changed.
Even if she died and was reborn/replaced, Delight would still be Delight, like Dream is still Dream and Death will always be Death.
'Taking the time to check that Delight was still around'...
Tell them Doctor Doom is a mutant, type thing?
The problem with people like that is that they generally don't go after people who are legitimately dangerous. And if they did and all got slaughtered, it'd be great PR for their side.
That's a neat panel.
Imagining all of the wounds that he would have taken if they were fighting for real.
Edit:
This, less so.
Leaping pirouettes have no place in a swordfight. You're lucky he didn't stab you in the back while you were playing ballerina.
Eh, Pete didn't do anything wrong. He didn't say "make me not a mutant" he said "I want to stop mutating"
None of the x-men are actively mutating. Their x-genes turned on and then stayed on.
If any one of them were fucking unravelling on a genetic level, they'd want to undo it too.
To say...
There was a version of that star trek intro where each line was said by a different captain.
I can't seem to find it now.
Edit, Star Trek seems like bittersweet watching in M40
Seeing about the Federation and Starfleet, how we envisioned space travel would be before we ever stepped foot on...
