We've issued a clarification on our policy on AI-generated work.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Yeah, but remember that the whole point of Common Sense Paul is that he's wiser and more pragmatic than his counterparts.
Yeah, but in his case, it’s more that he has innate magical abilities rather than being an actual scholar or spellcaster.
Whooh! I managed to get School Days HQ installed and running on my Steam Deck. It was actually surprisingly easier than installing it on Windows, that though was nearly a decade ago. Now I just need to do the Majikoi series, Rance series, and so on next.
In my experience, you only use AI if you can't or won't learn how to do something "properly". If you can't or won't draw, you use AI to make pretty pictures. If you can't or won't write you use AI to make fancy words.
However, if you can do one of those things you're likely to avoid AI since...
If you want to point something out, once, politely, it’ll be allowed. If you’re stalking original posters… you’ll be leaving their threads and/or the forum as a whole long before staff enforces your desires.
“Fuin☆Rangers, assemble!” I called out as soon as I entered training field three. To my horror, dutiful Red looked away and didn’t stop her training. Yellow just rolled her eyes and punched the dummy harder. White pretended she didn’t hear me.
My shoulders slumped. I got no respect. Damn it...
Well some blacksmith can make swords, over can make frying pans. Some writer can only write with detailled plans and over with instincts, and in many other ways and forms. Bold of YOU to assume I only think that writer are some monolithic entities, what like all of us together is that we use our...
The power of honest and open communication.
Interesting that Common Sense Paul likely has better relations with most of the League despite his more confrontational attitude. More little arguments, but no big fallouts.
I always thought this line of thought to be amusing. There are guys like you (assuming) and George RR. Martin, who think heavily over every word, and deeply plot their worlds/characters. Then there's guys like me and Stephen King who write a chapter a day, and it is what it is. As long as the...
And?
I’m not trying to be an asshole here, but making a decision with certain parameters doesn’t mean you take it to its logical conclusion. If I am willing to break traffic laws in a back road where no one is around, it doesn’t mean I’ll go down a one way at 90 mph. Just because I’m willing to...
As of right now I'm officially done with writing fanfiction. I've come to learn that I can't write for shit half the time and the other half I either blue screen on what to write or get thrown insults in private messages. If anyone wants to take over any of my fics and write them how they want...
It's one thing not to care about strangers. People do that all the time. It's a completely different beast to personally kill anyone.
Even if you can do that it still fucks you up inside. Se a fuckton of psychology studies about killing.
This feels pretty disingenuous -> The issue is not the word itself, it's the context in which it being used. It's used as an insult -> and that only works if the character believes it is something that is insulting if true, and in this case, something shameful. It's completely realistic for...
