We've issued a clarification on our policy on AI-generated work.
QuestionableQuesting has new Moderator positions. To submit your application, please see this thread.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Disappointing stance, for sure. "Generative" AI only serves to illustrate what kind of slop the lowest common denominator is willing to consume. Unchecked, this is even worse.
I've seen what happened to pixiv that introduced AI-tagging but didn't bother to control it. My pixiv options should...
Hey, I'm stuck on mobile, so I figured I'd ask for any applicants who suffer as I do, would being stuck on mobile limit or complicate what a moderator is capable of?
The war between the Bertinellis and the Falcones had turned Gotham into a slow-cooking pressure bomb, blood in the streets, chaos at every corner. Two cousin crime families ripping each other apart, and the city? Caught in the middle.
Ambushes, back-alley executions, safehouses torched to...
The next morning, Taylor enacted her plan.
She didn't know if it would work, but she figured that if Strings thought it was part of the "game," it might just go along. A few vague intentions, some stretching and pacing, and soon the golden star by her bedroom door pulsed once. The SAVE menu...
...contexts, such as specific kinds of "AI slop" - i.e. over-represented lexical patterns - the truth is there's no such thing as poor quality *because* of AI, because it's still the author's responsibility to proofread before posting and to only do so if it meets their standards. If they are...
Yep, I wrote like six thousand words of an expy version of her with her young son. That image is for that one-shot, I just need to get around to proofreading it.
Behind The Spotlight Chapter 73
There was an incident in which an agent resigned without warning and took all of his clients with him in one calculated move. The incident damaged the company and its reputation because that agent had several big-name clients who consistently brought in revenue...
So it's been a bit over a month since I was able to update my quest. Life got crazy and I injured my hand so wasn't able to write. However now that things are back to a sense of normalcy I was finally able to write the next post for it. So I was just wondering if I could post it without issue...
The days spent waiting for my arm to heal fully weren't spent idly. Getting Bahamut used to his new body and power was a great deal of fun, though even Kofu agreed it should probably be done outside of the city limits (especially after I realized how much damage our battle had wrought). I also...
I woke up, sweaty and gasping from my dreams. They had been bad; I was being hunted down by... someone. Or something? They were strong, and- my alarm clock screeched and brought me to full wakefulness, banishing any memories I could cling onto from my haunted dreams.
The discomfort still stuck...
... You know, that does make me wonder if such a person were to be raised on a space station, could they reasonably defy gravity? They'd only know the free-fall of orbit, after all, so a force that attracts to the ground might not be intuitive.
Reincarnated as a Fisherman and a Dad Chapter 11
The boat moved steadily against the waves, bobbing rhythmically as it cut through the water. Karlos' boat had two primary colors, blue and white. A common color scheme among small boats in their region. The upper part of the boat was painted...
