    Seems a VPN helped. Some slowing but it doesn't spend excessive time on Loading nor failing to Load Pages. Just started testing this an hour ago. Guess it is like the other issue but more prevalent. Although the front page appears to still be slow and having issues.

    QQ doesn't use CloudFlare, which is why we weren't affected when every site that did (including SB/SV) went down recently. We do use a different server host to SB/SV (whereas they use the same one), so when they were down due to water damage, we were unaffected.
