Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
All that is perfectly fine. It's the idea that uma musume racing would be as popular as its portrayed if the general public were not allowed to gamble on it, that I can't believe. Banning gambling on what has always traditionally been a betting sport will just drive it underground.
When you...
Is that canon? If it is, then its fucking stupid and probably written that way for moralistic reasons. The only reason horse racing gets the attention it does is because betting on them is one of the few legal forms of gambling in many countries, including Japan. If OP wants to make it so...
If that were a thing, then no one would be happy about their daughter being an uma musume, and Tanya would be pretty pissed too. I think we can say they remain youthful in appearance for longer but have lifespans similar to regular humans.
This makes more sense. So, uma musume with their...
So there are hints of a pro racing career for horses well into adulthood. Fair enough. Yeah, those races have to be filled with the very best of the best from around the world with the strength and resilience to keep racing year after year. And OP has already hinted that the real limit on uma...
Thanks. So, basically, its never elaborated on.
I was just looking up IRL racing. IRL, racehorses start racing at age 2, and the "Triple Crown" is age-restricted to 3 year old horses. That explains why horses only run the Triple Crown once, since they'll need that first year to qualify.
But...
All right, can someone please help me out here with the lore. Why does it sound a lot like all uma races are restricted to high school students? Symboli Rudolf is in her last year at high school (I'm assuming, since she's on the student council) and is already being talked of like her racing...
This line is way too clinical for a young teen who should be freaking out at their first taste of live combat. Tanya can talk like that, other children (or even civilian adults), no.
Still, it's a decent opening effort. I look forward to where this goes.
A hunter named Rainsford? Why do I get the feeling someone read "The Most Dangerous Game"? Great short story, you have good taste. Or perhaps you watched the more recent movie?
I only post stories on QQ that have NSFW content. For now, I plan to continue the Sakura stories on the websites they are on. If any of them ever start having adult content, I'll post here as well.
All sieges are slogs. If they aren't a slog, it's because the enemy is trying to be clever. The trick is to avoid it becoming a siege in the first place, but alas, that ship has sailed.
What's this? A missions suddenly turns way more dangerous than expected and it didn't happen to Tanya's flight? What heresy is this?!
Great chapter as always, looking forward to phase two.
I dunno, once he got it out of his system, he seemed to calm down pretty quick. I'd say it's more an expression of how much he trusts Tanja that he can feel secure in letting himself go like this in front of her. I seriously doubt he'd have made it to his current position without some...
