    Considering Windigos can literally cause an apocalipse you are right to think they are worse. Ash-Ghouls are still Wolf level bad, just not as bad as the Windigos.

    If they are summoning Ash-Ghouls, they won't be using the cemetery to make them, but to maintain them. Because they need LIVING ponies to be summoned.

    What I was getting it was basically trying to fanagle a way to do this that didn't eat too much into our other goals, but as long as we commit to taking action to save Mayor Mare, I will approval vote for Influence as well.
