The site has now migrated to Xenforo 2. If you see any issues with the forum operation, please post them in the feedback thread.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

TA's more or less spot on the money but The Old Blood is a bit more of a nuanced thing than otherwise implied there. The Blood of the First Hero is a particular example of it, but when you get down to it that one has a more specific inherent bonus to it than just the physical boons; most forms...
To be entirely fair, this is a hotly contested concept even in-setting. Truly conventional, baseline Werewolves as we would recognize are a bit out the window for their particular modern times, but the mythology from the Old World still sticks. Relatively popular opinion from the sorts of...
Perfume and Powder
He'd learned over the years that digging a shallow grave was much like every other task; if he wanted it done right, it was best to do it himself. He had to admit it was a peaceful task in its own ways. The muted ring of the iron spade driving into the earth, the weak...
When he was but a child, Meridin learned that his father was not considered to be a good man through his lessons on the nature of the world. There were many of those cold, detached lessons in his childhood. He learned of the harsh laws of the surrounding lands, of what it took to take power and...
He'd carved it from bone when the dust came back, and the air was still and cold. He'd meant for it to protect them from what lurked out in the darkness beyond, to protect from the shadows of the dead and the horrors that had awoken in the Fall. Now it sat atop his doorframe, looking down upon...
In ancient times, there lived a great King of Man.
The King was wise and powerful, and commanded vast armies and wealth beyond any nation before his time. Under his rule, his people prospered, their once-fledgling nation thriving into a Golden Age to rival even the grandest of legend through...
These works will primarily pertain to to Kelicho, my Original Dark Fantasy setting. On occasion, I may also post other things. Thread is also open for general setting discussion; if you have questions, it might help me get more writing done anyways just from thinking about things.
Naught but a...
