The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

It's not a demo, it's closer to something like a spinoff. Completely different game/genre in the same setting. The most notable difference is that Furi proper is a 3d game, while the demake is 2d.
EDIT: And the reason it's going paid is given in a news post on the Furi storepage.
BAR doesn't have a campaign, much less a story focused one, so I'm really not sure why it was recommended to you. I swear you could ask for a tactical fantasy mirco intensive RTS and someone would still recommend BAR, when it is basically the opposite of all those things (except for being an RTS)
Looks like it's 12am Anchorage, which is about as close you can to the international date line in the continental US. Amazon's servers (or where this guy lives) probably roll over to the new day eariler, so you probably got it in the last hour it was around.
It's always been free, not sure what rock you were living under. Only the remake (which removes some of the more interesting aspects of the original) and the fan pack weren't free.
In your opinion, what's the first? Though I will admit FNV is probably a bit overrated, but since it's not half-bad either, I feel safe recommending it.
Here's another round of probably under $5 US games on Steam.
Super Hexagon. It's an arcade game, pretty nice. Also from the same developer as VVVVVV.
Fallout: New Vegas. Probably one of the better western RPGs around.
Huniepop. Pretty basic match-3 game, but with porn.
Plants Vs...
Hmm, I'll try to recommend a few games from various genres, just search up what you find interesting. All of these should be under $5 US, but I'm not American, so some might be a bit over.
Zero-K (Total Annihilation style RTS, not like AoE or Starcraft. It's always been free, but I might as...
Well, what sort of game do you like? It's tough to give recommendations if I don't know what to look for. Though I'll echo the Portal 1 + 2 and Half-Life recommendations, they're all around good games. Also, you can pick up every game made by Valve (22 games in total) for a little under $7, the...
The original (free) PC version of DDLC is probably the better option. Some alterations had to be made for consoles that dampen some of the more interesting aspects of the original. And I've also heard there wasn't really that much additional content to be worth buying as someone who played the...
I'm going to shill Trilium as an alternative to Obsidian. By the looks of it, Trilium can do (almost) anything Obsidian can, but it's completely free and open source.
