    Are there any Rebindable Keyboards without internet/app requirements?

    If you just want to rebind normal keys, Linux has native tools for that. If you're referring to extra keys many gaming keyboards have, you are going to need an extra program (though not necessarily the spyware provided by the manufacturer). Arch wiki is usually a good starting point.

    Tags not being enforced just means that it's not 100% effective. But even if it filters out only 50% of the threads you'd like it to, that's still better than nothing. And while 50% is rather optimistic for many of the tags, almost all threads have at least a setting tag.

    For the same reason most people would really rather be warned if your story contains things like vore and scat. Just because you can tell when you see it doesn't mean it's immediately obvious or that you want to waste your time reading until it becomes obvious.

    They're used in professional writing all the time and thus AI uses them as well, but since they're not easily accessible on a keyboard most hobbyist writers don't bother. So a lot of people in places like QQ and SB are treating them as an indicator of AI usage.
