The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Honestly, this is always my reasoning for why I go with NCR or House whenever someone asks me my preferred ending. I don't want to be in charge of New Vegas, I think that neither I nor the character I'm playing would be able to keep a handle on it. When I was younger I was very rah rah pro-NCR...
From a gameplay perspective, I agree with you. It's one of those areas in OWB where the gameplay (not even meta necessarily) clashes with the story the author wants to tell. IIRC, the original writer for MacArthur left the dev team halfway through that update cycle and someone took over after...
From a practical standpoint, I agree with you. It's effectively tier 6 SF equipment (accepting first sophisticated SF equipment as tier 5) but it comes at the last quarter of a playthrough that has been almost entirely power armor focused. It's very rare that I'd say a nation would be better...
You managed to convince me last time to give a Hayes run a try, it was a lot of fun! Kinda funny getting two ex-Enclave as unit leaders in the same Army as Cassandra Moore and Alexander Drummond but it worked out. Also, getting a launch out of Houston while bombing the Sierra Madre was quite...
Kara, you delightful flying brick, it's "scry" and then "die". You need to at least be able to see where you are going before trying to charge ahead.
You may be the closest thing to invulnerable this side of the Source Wall, but that does not mean you actually are invulnerable.
Given how long the French and English have been at odds, and how badly the EU/EC (I forget precisely what Fallout called it) must have been in the aftermath of the Euro-Middle Eastern war, it really shouldn't amuse me so much that they're back at it.
Though I suppose given that the continent is...
He also makes war with the Western Brotherhood near inevitable given how much he ends up courting Enclave remnants.
But starting up a second space race is pretty funny. I don't remember if that requires taking the Bloomingfield space center in Arizona, the one the Legion takes from the Rusty...
Of course you went with Hayes :P
Though admittedly, given the situation, it makes sense. I've always been preferential to an Murphy presidency, though one writing project I'm in assumes a near clean sweep for Kimball, save House taking control of everything from Area 51 to the Mojave Outpost at...
I like this man! Definitely fits the Fallout weirdness and the sheer dearth of information on Europe during the run up to the Great-War, canon or otherwise, gives a lot of room to maneuver.
Always nice to head back to the wonderful world of OWB. Honestly I'm really looking forward to being able to get the Wardens of the White back in gear and kick the Immortal out of Seattle. You can do that now with Old Country but getting the Passkeepers and Safehaven to go along with your plans...
Laundry! Laundry! Laundry!
Also, is Grayven going to mention he overthrew the UK's government once already?
Edit: Honestly at this point, you just need Delta Green and you've basically covered my TTRPG reading from the past week.
I'm going to laugh if Grayven ends up actually conquering this world. It would be like his trip to the Justice Lords/Stormwatch world after killing Klarion, except he actually takes over.
And is trapped dealing with the DCU, admittedly.
...why the NSA of all people? Did they have some presence in Power Rangers that I'm unaware of? Unless you're dealing with the NSA police (who only have jurisdiction on NSA property and even then can only hold you until they can transfer you to other legal authority) then they can't even carry...
Possibly? I still haven't seen anything official for that and the biggest reason Meat Cube went ahead was just how Root was utterly unresponsive to inquiries from the actual editors.
Anyways, I guess it's neither here nor there. There is an editable iterations running off of the most up to...
You can force it to go to 2d4chan, the issue is that it's a mirror that's flagging with 1d4chan's credentials. Root is unfortunately still MIA and at this point I don't think it matters even if he does come back.
That being said, Meat Cube was a success so 1d6chan is now operational and...
