The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

Sarasa shuddered at the impact of Minako's words and quickly sought to balance them. Three. Three words would do it.
"You. Are. Forgiven."
Her shoulders relaxed as if relieved of great weight, and then, after taking a few deep breaths, the elven maid bowed formally towards...

She wasn't sure when she had stopped walking down the street, but she must have at some point. The meido tilted her head as she pondered, causing her flower crown to catch the light just so.
And then she heard HER.
Sarasa tensely fought back the impulses that circled around...

When several of the others stopped to question the gate guards, Sarasa failed to notice - just as she failed to notice exactly where she was going. Her thoughts were fixed to that one moment - the moment when Minako spat out that bite of seedcake. How could she? How could she...

"A pity."
Sarasa slowly and carefully ate her own slice, leaving not even a crumb, and then she wrapped the remained of the loaf and returned it to her inventory.
She walked onwards to the town with no further comment.
After the party dismounted, Sarasa gave a quick combing and a sugar cube each to the horses before their dismissal and then turned her sights on the others. While they discussed the seal maintenance quests, she methodically and unobtrusively set about fixing hairstyles, brushing tails back to...
When the last notes died, Sarasa noticed that her hand was now clutching the hem of her maid uniform. That didn't happen. That could not have happened until she was somewhere with a roof. And four walls. And a stury door. Some place that wasn't Unsafe.
Having resolved that - having...
Wargs made for terrible dancer partners, Sarasa discovered to her dismay. Their breath far surpassed even their matted fur for an odor of putrescence, and they kept trying to step on her toes - and the rest of her. And while carrying a harp into battle had seemed a good idea at the time, it...

Sarasa's finger hovered over the skill button. She wanted to provide casting support. With a group this experienced, they should have been burning down this encounter quickly and easily. But sooner than one could say "Leeroy Jenkins", the others had charged in and likely split...
Sarasa keeps her harp at the ready. She replies about as quietly as Minako and the others, "Either some have perished or we are about to be attacked by something not worthy of offering Challenge. Be ready to flee or, if we must, engage."

Sarasa hurried to keep up with Draken-sis's stride. With the height difference, she matched each of the fox-tail's steps with several of her own.
"Perhaps skipping would work," Sarasa mused. Looking back over her shoulder, she added, "Do come along, both of you. It would be...
Sarasa smiled back. "Yes. Let us do just that."
She swaped her broom for the harp once more and imitated the action the others have been using to bring up her menu and the party status HUD.
Sarasa goes goes down the list, reciting in a sing-song voice, "We have Aeltara and Draken-Sis and...

The elven maid nodded quietly to herself. The chamomile and seedcake would be needed, but not just yet. She listened as the others discussed their preferred mode of transport and their body issues. That was - the maid might have to find a source of chocolate.
Seeing Minako...

Sarasa took a moment to do a thorough inventory of her possessions.
"A loaf of seedcake, a bottle of elderberry wine, and a few dozen sachets of dried chamomile. I regret that I cannot offer a full meal. We had intended to return to Cajun after the raid."

As Sarasa listened to the caretaker’s reply, she carefully kept a genial smile on her face. How many answers were in I - and how many more questions! She reminded herself to stay calm. Those half-remembered movies like this always showed the ones to panic and break character...

She sang her song and then it ended. Introductions were made and amended and then forgotten in the crisis of the moment. She was well used to being swept aside by the arguments of her friends. The way of the maid is to be overlooked.
The blonde elf was happy to see the...

Sarasa wound down her song and muted the harp with her palm. She shook her head in reply to Minako’s question. “I have never done well with strings before. This. Cosplay cannot.…”
The two shorter fox-tails still towered over her by at least six inches. It wasn't fair...

Warm. Sarasa felt a small soft hand atop her own. So very warm. She felt like she belonged.
“Sarasa?”
And then someone spoke her name and the spell broke. The hand was gone. Sarasa brought her hand up to her cheek, trying to save the warmth, but it too fled. She...
