    Making everything a Simurgh plot (or a Contessa plot) is bad writing. You don't need a Simurgh plot to explain being caught by a Khonsu field when fighting Khonsu AND being a credible threat to it. The point is undecidable without a Simmy pov or WoG anyway, which I doubt we'll get.
