    Good point, if the regions try to region lock their starter trios why wouldn't they do the same for their pseudo-legend lines?

    If Bradley saw a legendary/mythical Pokemon, what would it's potential show as? Would the legendaries even have a potential stat considering the sheer strength and I assume mastery they would have over their own typing?

    I don't doubt he will try and get Garchomp. Flygon is just one of the ground types he is also looking at and is available in Hoenn.
