So, due to a... 'Spirited Debate' on SB, regarding what is or is not canon in the TES universe, I have discovered that Kirkbride et all are super postmodern and that Bethesda seems to be completely supportive.

To explain, Kirkbride has put out a statement that there is no definitive canon for TES- Which most people who've actually played the games could probably have guessed. More importantly, though, is the statement that all canon is equal, including your personal headcanon.

Naturally, beyond a minor bump in the flow of argument to basically go 'What, really? Bullshit', SB just kept chugging along like that didn't make the argument entirely pointless. So I figured, why not see how QQ reacts to this knowledge?

Eh, Bethesda does use kirkbride's works but the details are vague, i regard it as weak canon but canon none the less.
