A way to ignore threads but not posts?

I don't think there's a way to do this already, so I guess it counts as a suggestion, but it'd be really great if there was a way to Ignore threads by a user but not posts by them.

Basically, for if you've decided you don't want to read someone's fics in one of the Creative Writing forums but don't have any problem with them personally to warrant ignoring posts they make in other threads.

 

That would be super convenient. I second this suggestion/request.

I mean, technically you can individually ignore every thread a given author has started. But that doesn't help with new threads that author starts -- which is the use-case I'm most interested in here. The author I'm primarily thinking of has certain signature tropes which I can't stand, is perfectly genial otherwise, and is an extremely prolific commission author.

 

I second this completely. I would really like a way to ignore new threads from specific accounts, not because I have anything against them, but just because I don't want my alerts being packed full of stories containing content I detest.

 

I would like if this feature can be added on , it is a great way to stop getting notification of things which you don't like
