Account Preferences Malfunction?

As the title reads, been having my accounts preferences being altered somehow twice now within the month,

This time it was the the custom messages per page being set to 1 when before it was set at the default and last time it was the rich text editor being disabled.

Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
