So I have several ideas bouncing around my head but I do not have the skill to realize them. If any wish to pick up one of the these stories and write them your welcome to it.

Naruto is possibly the administrator with the most expierence in the world. With his clones he spent a lot of hours as homage working himself to the bone. He is reborn as joffery. Likely to uncover baelish if not the spider.(does have unnatural vitality like the uzumaki
Sasuke is an incredibly skilled and learned/experienced combatant. He is reborn as Jon Snow, loves his siblings. Possibly regains sharingun.
Sakura is reborn as Daenarys Targaryen has a Giants strength but normal build.
A dovaking. Self insert.
You are reborn as Viserys Targaryen. As a child your memories return and you have the HUD screen in your vision. Doing quests gives you expierence which you can put into any of the slots to gain knowledge when you level up, no damage statistics. (Dragon glass acts as black soul gems-using human souls can have moral and political backlashes(faceless men organization might hunt you) ) personally I would go enchanter/alchemist route.
Spider in essos
The plane trip back from Europe was full (people of all kinds of trades as well as Nick futies agent ) at end of far from home. The beyonder sends the plane to essos and they safely land. In a bid to calm people Peter exposes himself as Spiderman and within two days a small dothraki party comes across them and they have to fight. (Both an uplift/ seeing Spiderman grow into s leader type story) time period is the greyjoy rebellion.

Xander post season 8 is reborn as joffery (construction knowledge and military knowledge be very useful)
Buffy is reborn as Danny Targaryen still have Slayer powers
Willow is reborn as Sansa, very powerful magic.
