Oh, God, mini-Grant...

Well, this Kid is probably mentally-damaged enough to grow into a person like Grant. It certainly wouldn't help if Grant adopts her.

Which is odd, because I think Grant would actually be a decent Mom, she'd just have a sadistic psycho side that's directed at specific groups of people as-needed.

On the actual chapter... Ya Zombie mass charges need napalm throwers or better yet plasma torches, if you don't have quick burn-through you have the horror of burning zombies.
The next question is do they have any tactics or just swarming to noise? Because the noise drawn ones have the easy option (with Planetary governor resources) of setting up two containers at the entrance end to end with the front one having an industrial grade crusher/grinder and the thru-put into the back industrial grade incinerator.
Edit: And loud speakers in the top playing music or screaming or whatever.

I'd say "The Governor" would sell better in the post Endor climate since it'd be more neutral ... then again he can probably write a duology ... or trillogy, "The Governor" -> "The Moff" -> "The Emperor" with the first two being published as he advances past the rank and the last being published post mortem

Knowing Palpatine's Empire, the Mito sector is likely to have a moff, but this moff will have only one governor under his command. The consequences of politics, not merit.

We all talk about kid that grant totally adopted, and forget a tiny little thing. Soon, her homeworld, will be blown by death star. And she, a lawful, patriotic imperial citizen , zealot even, will face the fact that her favourite empire blow up her home, family and all friends. Like yaiks.

If i recall correctly in canon, destruction of alderan caused mass riots and more importantly, treason in mealitary ( from those few alderanians who decided to serve the empire.)

What would happen with her? Like here she speaks with the governor about something and next moment... Bam! Emergency broadcast on holonet, alderan is no more. Will she tries to kill Mc? Will she tries to hurt and destroy anything imperial she gets in hands reach?

I really want for her to join in Mc harem, alongside his secretaries , fleet commander , tribe leaders from minda jungle planet and his step sisters, i don't want her to hate him and everything imperial.

Seeing as Veers described Kaela as kind of cute in that one chapter i think it might be the "everyone thinks MC has a harem but in reality he just studs for lesbian couples" subgenre

Personally I can see Grant retreating into denial. At least initially. Maybe buying into Imperial propaganda conspiracies that the Rebels blew up Alderaan after hijacking the Empire's new mining station.

She already lost one home. Admitting the Empire did it probably means losing the other in her head.
