How do I ask Staff about things?

QQ, unlike SB or SV, does not seem to have a Staff Communications section.

Where may I ask for clarifications or permission?

For what exactly? You can simply communicate with the administrators or moderators who are online.

A) Make a thread in the Announcements and Rules subforum with your question. (You're already halfway there! )

B) DM one of them with your question.

To perhaps clarify for someone with experience of the SB/SV model - QQ doesn't forbid directly contacting moderators and administrators about "official business" the way those two sites now do.
